Pittsburgh Predators

BFFL-predatorsThe Pittsburgh Predators entered the BFFL in 2012 under the name. Predators had an immediate difficult task of entering the BFFL North with a bulls eye on their back by replacing 2011 Champions Plano Wildcats. Predators were preseason ranked #10, but showed no sign of fear and started the season 4-0. Predators would finish the 2012 season, league best, 10-2. Predators wrapped up the BFFL North with a 5-1 divisional record and captured their first BFFL North Division Title. Predators entered the BFFL Playoffs as number 1 seed, with a 1st found bye. Predators was then upset 107-88 in the 2nd round by 5th seed Multiple Scoregasam, whom later won the BFFL Championship. Predators finished their inaugural season ranked #4. Predators was awarded the 2012 Tom Brady Award for team with best overall record,

2013 was much different for the Predators franchise. First they changed their name and identity to Steel City Mafia. Mafia faced troubles out the gate, losing 5 of their first 6 games. Mafia then caught a break on their schedule, winning 2 of the next 3 games. Mafia wrapped up their schedule winning 2 of the final 3 games, all against divisional opponents. Mafia finished the seaon 5-7, with a 3-3 North Division record.
